Q: I work all day, is there any way I could drop my pet off early and pick up after work?
A: Yes, we open at 7am Tuesday - Friday and 8am on Saturday. We're open til 5:30 but can stay open til 6pm if needed. There is no charge for staying with us for the day!
Q: My pet is a handful, will you drug or sedate my pet to be able to groom him/her?
A: No, we will do the best we can (even if it takes our whole staff!) without drugs or sedation. If you are in need of those services, we recommend taking your pet to a vet to be groomed for his/her safety.
Q: How often should my pet be groomed?
A: For dogs that require a hair cut such as Poodles, Shih Tzus, Malteses, Bischons, Afghans, Daisey Dogs, etc. should be groomed every 4-6 weeks, 8 weeks max. Dogs such as Collies, Labs, Shepherds, etc. should be groomed every 10-12 weeks, 14 weeks max. Cats should also be groomed every 10-12 weeks, 14 weeks max.
Q: I have a hard time combing my pet or just don't have time. What can I do?
A: Take your pet to a shorter, more manageable length and frequent groomings.
Q: Do you clean or scrape pet's teeth?
A: No, teeth cleaning should only be done by a licensed vet. We do carry all-natural, holistic oral care products to clean your pet's teeth safely and we also offer teeth brushing!
